Pre-sale Terms and Conditions

By placing a pre-order through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Pre-Sale Nature
This is a pre-sale purchase. You are reserving a unit of a product that is in final development or limited-rate initial production. Your order secures your place in the production queue.

Payment and Cancellation
Payment in full is required at the time of ordering.Orders may be canceled within 14 days of placement, subject to a 20% cancellation fee to cover administrative and production allocation costs.
After 14 days, all pre-orders are considered final and non-refundable.

Estimated Delivery
Estimated shipping is January 2026.
This is an estimate only. Actual delivery dates may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to tariff changes, customs delays, transportation disruptions, or supplier constraints.
Tactical Laser Defense Systems Inc. will make every reasonable effort to meet the projected timeline and will notify customers of any significant changes.

Transfer of Title and Risk
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon shipment from our facility or fulfillment center. Any claims for shipping damage or loss must be filed with the carrier.

Product Modifications
We reserve the right to make design, specification, or material improvements prior to release without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially reduce performance or function.

Legal Compliance
All purchasers are responsible for compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding ownership, possession, and use.
Products are legal for civilian ownership and training use under current U.S. regulations when operated according to our training and safety guidelines.
Use of this product against aircraft, manned or unmanned, may violate FAA regulations and federal law.
The purchaser assumes all responsibility for lawful use.

Limitation of Liability
Tactical Laser Defense Systems Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse, modification, or operation of the product outside of our published safety parameters.

Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any pre-order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, export restrictions, or regulatory non-compliance.
